Steve Ficociello, M.A.A.T.O, President
Steve is a member of the Association of Architectural Technologists of Ontario and is the team's Project Manager and Designer. He has successfully completed all examinations for the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing. Steve has the knowledge, insight and experience to help turn your dreams into reality. He is dedicated to the concepts of quality, style, craftmanship and customer service. His objective is to provide his clients the highest quality product with no compromise.

Mario Febbraro, Vice President
Mario Febbraro is FICMAR's co-owner and has been building homes in Sault Ste. Marie for over 20 years. Mario is a highly skilled craftsman with an uncompromising commitment to quality. From beginning to end, Mario will ensure that the highest craftsmanship standards will be put into every last detail of your home.
