When my husband and I decided to look at a house that was being built, little did we know that it would turn out to be our home and what a great one at that.

Since the house was framed and insulated only, we were able to choose all of our kitchen cabinets, counter top, colours etc... We then put our house on the market and proceeded with the choices on the new house. FicMar was very professional and accommodating with the closing date, as we had to coincide with the closing of our sale. It didn't stop there, once moved in our home, Steve was always available for those little things that come up and able to answer our questions or send the right person to do so.

We are so pleased with the finished product. FicMar met all of our needs and then some, even with a few extra suprises! We just want to say thank you and we love our new home, and my daughter loves her new room!! "I have been wanting to purchase a home for a few years now but was always skeptical of taking the plunge on my own. I wanted a new home because I had heard so many horror stories from friends about purchasing an older home. Numerous things had not been disclosed and they ended up paying thousands of dollars trying to fix up other peoples problems. I definately didn't want that.

I wanted to purchase a new home but I wanted it to be in the west end of town where my family and friends were located. I grew up there and had no inteniton of venturing too far from it. This is where I stumbled upon a new subdivision not too far from home. It was just down the street and up the hill from my parents house so it was perfect. I can still have my freedom and still check up on my mom whenever I wanted. The Greenfield Subdivision is a well hidden secret. Its a gorgeous area not too far from the hustle and bustle of the busy streets but far enough to get a feel of the country. With Third line opening up to the highway this gives fast access to the new hospital, restaurants, banks, fitness centres and the list goes on.

I am so very happy with my new home. Its beautiful and unlike any other home in the city. I am proud to say it was built by FICMAR. Steve, Mario and Kim were very helpful and made sure everything was perfect when I moved in. I have had so many compliments about my home. FICMAR has done a great job. They take pride in their work and it is quite evident when you walk through it that it was built to please. Steve, Mario and Kim are always willing to assist you with any questions or concerns.
