FICMAR has earned its reputation as a company known for quality craftsmanship in the construction of contemporary homes. FICMAR was started 15 years ago and ever since then it has been an amazing ride. They have built over 150 homes and are about to embark in another subdivision - creating a beautiful neighbourhood where families can create memories.
How it all started.
It started with one home. That home turned to two. Before you know it, FICMAR was wrapping up their first neighbourhood. Since 2004, FICMAR has been building homes but not your ordinary ones. Drive into a FICMAR neighbourhood and you will soon see why this one home has multiplied into many. Persistence over the years has helped grow FICMAR from a basement office to their new location. In 2012, FICMAR moved into their Great Northern Road office where they began to showcase building materials, meet with clients and create a home for their growing staff.
In 2007, they began Greenfield Subdivision in order to meet the demands of their ever growing client base. Before long they had created an amazing array of homes. From different roof lines, exterior finishes to unique colours - Greenfield was not your normal cookie-cutter subdivision. Each home was crafted with character and created a uniqueness that carried the FICMAR name.
Today, FICMAR looks at another extension to their popular Greenfield Subdivision. Their outlook continues to be focused on building amazing homes for their customers.
